**What success looks like in this role**:
- Provides technical, process and operational expertise to the Network Support function.
- Provides end-to-end support on the resolution of complex issues - from problem identification, evaluation, solution generation, testing and deployment through to evaluation and issue mitigation.
- Supports overall system design from a network support and end-user ease-of-use standpoint.
- Proactively identifies and addresses the system implications of hardware, software and other upgrades or changes.
- Partners with manager to evaluate the type of tickets submitted, resolved and rejected, looking for trends and opportunities to improve the team’s overall efficiency.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 4-6 years’ experience in area of responsibility
