Product Manager Education

You are an experienced software product manager from the healthcare industry with proven experience of driving high growth and high conversion SaaS platforms. You're a passionate motivator, highly structured team player with great attention to detail and you take pride in seeing your product vision go from idea to reality. You will become an integrated part of a fast-moving squad developing and providing a state-of-the-art global medical service.

In this role you will drive the definition and vision for the Collective Minds Education product, enable global collaboration with the community, and exponential user and activity growth for the company. The product will establish clinical consultation and education services to the community and over time establish a marketplace where the community itself can become service providers.

As product manager, you will take direct ownership of the product vision and functional roadmap and drive it through clear KPIs and milestones. Internally, using your strong multicultural collaboration skills, ensure clear and tight communication Commercial, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure a holistic product definition optimized for customer value and speed to market. You will work tightly with our users and customers to understand their behavior and input demand into an agile product development lifecycle.

Your leadership style is hands-on where you show the way through tight communication and encouraging drive. You believe the squad wins and loses as one and you thrive in multi-cultural environments where you see strengths in the differing opinions of your peers.

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the Collective Minds Education product, exceed user expectations, continuously improve and deliver high quality
- Work directly with customers and users, often by participating in Customer Success delivery and Sales to set a product vision and functional roadmap
- Communicate and align the vision and roadmap with the broader team efficiently and often and keep the frontline teams up to date on what’s coming
- Manage the content for the product, such as help articles, documentation, webinars, instruction videos, clinical courses and more, to make sure we deliver a stellar experience
- Drive research to understand the user needs and behaviours
- Support clinical platform and community activation and growth
- Provide sales and marketing teams support and material to enable them to be efficient and effective
- Participate deeply, hands on in product development and testing to ensure the resulting experience is world-class

**Skills And Qualifications**
- 5+ years of deep involvement in the medical imaging education space
- Track record of leading high growth and conversion products
- Multiyear, hands on experience driving and building Educational products
- Strong multi-cultural collaboration skills enabling the bridging of different functional areas
- Strong communication skills to align strategy and roadmap between business and product engineering
- Drive all your work in English
