**Job description**:
Mantell Associates are thrilled to have partnered with a growing startup backed by some of the most well-known and reputable investors in the world. They harness data and AI to develop novel therapies to target a broad range of therapies. They're looking for Data Scientists to join them across all levels spanning Senior 1 through to Principal 2.
**Senior - Principal Data Scientist - Responsibilities**:
- Project lead of multiple initiatives (laboratories and product features)
- Define data science modelling strategies and advise/revise coding approach
- Lead of multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists and developers
- Ultimate responsible and QA of features and deliverables
- Interact with our clients and understand their challenges, their data and their needs
**Senior - Principal Data Scientist - Responsibilities**:
- Bsc / Msc / PhD in a Life Sciences (Biology / Computational Biology etc) or Computer Science (Data Science / Machine ) degree
- More than 6 years' experience with data programming/ scripting languages (Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with machine-learning methodologies (supervised/unsupervised, deep learning)
- Experience leading multiple projects and multiple teams
- Experience in project planning
- Ability to work in a fast pace and learn quickly
- (Bonus) AWS Cloud experience
- (Bonus) Database design/data lead
