As China E-commcerce Project Manager you will lead and coordinate from the HQ side all projects related to e-commerce in China. You’ll help the local team to create the best possible ecommerce experience for the market aligned perfectly with the guidelines of the global team. You’ll be responsible to liaise with local and HQ ecommerce teams to understand the workflows and propose new optimised ways of working. You’ll be part of the Omnichannel team, a fast-paced and passionate team, reporting to the E-commerce Director.

**Your role will be**:

- Review the quality of the site from a product perspective: assortment, product information, menu and filters, based on the directions from Central ecommerce and local team.
- Review the content implementation in simplified Chinese based on central ecommerce team specifications (modules, copies, rules )
- Coordinate with local and central teams all the corrections.
- Coordinate with the different areas of Omnichannel to detect projects affecting the local site in China.
- Gather and coordinate the sharing of specifications, planning, rules and validations for each project.
- Help with the UAT (testing) when needed.
- Lead e-commerce projects end to end as a project manager.
- Identify frictions in existing workflows and process (content, merchandising, operations, development) and propose solutions.
- Put in place new processes when required (new tools, new team members, new tasks )

**What is important for the role**:

- We are looking for a Project manager for specific digital projects in China with an eye for detail, innovative, solution-orientated and great coordination skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce as project manager, product manager or similar role.
- Highly organised with eye for detail.
- Good understanding of processes and awareness of fashion industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate across various groups.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce...).
