**Systems Engineer (M/F/d) - Electrical Engineering**:

Become part of the electrical engineering team and develop the efficiency and reliability-increasing systems of the wind turbines of tomorrow and thus ensure the increased efficiency and acceptance of wind energy worldwide.

As a systems engineer (M/F / d) you can expect the following tasks:

- Certification & Validation of electrical systems according to UL / CSA or Australian standards
- Conception, detailing, design and production support for electrical systems and system components.
- Collection and analysis of stakeholder requirements, implementation of feasibility studies, concepts of operations, and creation of system requirements
- Support the project management, define work packages, and create cost and time overviews
- Coordination of interdisciplinary and multicultural developer teams as well as system suppliers during the development and implementation phase of electrical systems

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Required Skills**:

- BS / BA from an accredited university with a mayor in electrical engineering or science
- Demonstrated working knowledge of UL / CSA / Australia certification of electrical components
- Initiative, responsible and structured way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, assertiveness and conflict resolution
- Logical and analytical thinking. Quickly see through complex structures (high level of abstraction ability).
- Ability to present complex structures in an understandable (simple) way
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills paired with intercultural competence.
- You are able to coordinate work across departments / divisions (international)
- English spoken fluently and written. Spanish and/or German is a plus

Desired Skills
- ME / MS from an accredited university with a mayor in electrical engineering or science
- 3+ years of working experience in the field of Systems Engineering
- Technical skill set of a developer. You bring also strategic knowledge in project management
- Experience in the field of wind turbines
- Experience in systems engineering (INCOSE) and project management (PMP)
