At Sniptech we're looking for a Relationship Support Manager to join our team.

Full-time - Barcelona

**We are looking for future talent**:
**What does a Relationship Support Manager role involve?**:
This is a starting position in our fintech conglomerate. Initially, you will join the 1st line support team of Sniptech, supporting multiple new and growing fintech companies.
- We provide the chance for you to kickstart your career by working in a dynamic client facing role while becoming familiar with all aspects of our business.**What will you be doing?**:

- Executing client administration tasks;
- Proactively supporting the portfolio companies by providing feedback on how to improve their products and services;
- Assisting Sniptech where required with business development and sales support activities;
- Learning about the fintech sector and gaining insight into multiple fintech companies.

**What we are looking for?**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Native Italian speaker, good level of Spanish and proficiency in English);
- Energetic team player;
- An ambitious, entrepreneurial and proactive individual who is looking to build a career;
- Client focused and customer friendly;
- Great research abilities and willingness to grow;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
