**The Senior Presales Solution Architect Role**:
The Principal Presales Solution Architect will specialize in Data Integration solutions. This role is crucial in driving sales by combining deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset, working closely with our sales team to meet revenue goals. The consultant will lead the technical sales process for the Qlik Talend portfolio, deliver product presentations, run proof-of-concept tests, and support demand generation through marketing events. Additionally, they will collaborate with partners and the channel to strengthen our data integration ecosystem.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client's needs and propose appropriate Qlik integration solutions.
- Prepare materials and demos according to each sales opportunity.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors in the market.
- Engage in technical discussions about the client's data integration project or debate at events about good practices in Data Integration and Data Governance.
- Participate in various formats of online and in-person Marketing events, showcasing the value of Qlik Talend solutions.
- Help solve queries from the partner channel.
- Provide innovation and ideas to help and enrich the knowledge of the Qlik Iberia team.

**We’re looking for a teammate with**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 10 years in the area of data integration (ETL, CDC, Data Governance, Data Quality, API integration) and in roles such as Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or equivalent role.
- Excellent public communication skills and in synthesizing complex concepts so that they are easily understood by anyone.
- At least 5 years of experience with the Talend portfolio or other Data Integration products.
- Ability to work with multiple teams, technical, commercial, local or international.
- Autonomy to lead own initiatives in innovation and resources to solve technical problems of the client.
- Ability to travel mainly between Madrid and Barcelona, but occasionally in other regions of Iberia. Also be able to attend international face-to-face events occasionally.
- The working method is hybrid, it is not required to always go to the office in person or to all client meetings.
- Strong motivation for the world of Data Integration and the many benefits it brings to organizations and businesses.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English at a business level.
- Extensive experience in multiple databases, DL and DW (SAP, Oracle, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of DAMA standards.
- Familiarity with market tools for data integration and governance such as the Informatica suite, Fivetran, SAP Datasphere, MS Fabric, etc.
- Experience integrating with APIs.
- Languages: Native Spanish, fluent English.
