**About the role**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated person to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent pool strategy, improving the efficiency of our recruiters, enhancing the conversion of internal hires and referrals, and improve our team diversity.

As the Sourcing & Community Lead, you will foster a strong sense of community and brand engagement within Mews and externally. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in your efforts to monitor and improve conversion rates at the top of the recruiting funnel.

** Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:
**Talent Pool Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure that the talent pool aligns with the organisation's evolving needs monitor the effectiveness of conversion rates.
- Accountable for:

- Increasing the quality and quantity of community hires (internal & referrals).
- Reduce time to source metric across the TA team.
- Improve the diversity of our hires.
- Positively impact voluntary attrition in the first 12 months

**Internal Hires and Referrals**:

- Develop and promote a culture of employee referrals, incentivising and rewarding successful referrals.

**Pipeline Diversity**:

- Your commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in your efforts to monitor and improve conversion rates at the top of the recruiting funnel.

**Community Engagement**:

- Contribute to our talent communities, social media channels, and online forums.
- Organize events, webinars, and workshops that align with the company's talent pool strategy and diversity goals.
- Build and enable our internal communities focused on hiring managers and interviewers.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Regularly analyse data related to talent pool, internal hires, referrals, and diversity metrics.
- Generate reports and insights to track progress and provide recommendations for optimisation.

**️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you**:

- Proven experience in a community management or sourcing role.
- Demonstrated success in increasing community hires and reducing time to source metrics.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, brand engagement on social media platforms, and CRM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Confident sharing knowledge and training other TA members and hiring teams.
- Ideally, experience using Greenhouse ATS.
