**Purpose**:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists the local Sales & Marketing team on all marketing related activities within the region, to maximize brand and product awareness, increase sales & marketing team efficiency, enhance communication within the team and enhance revenues and profits.

**How can you help us?**:

- Implement local marketing plan, in collaboration with the local Product managers and sales teams.
- Follow up marketing campaigns using KPIs.
- Support Sales and Marketing by running marketing and sales reports, and conducting market research, including competitors market prices, product technical requirements and market volumes.
- Assist in producing and distributing promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, white papers, website content, merchandising, exhibition materials and other collateral.
- Support in organizing events, workshops, customer & internal meetings and trade shows.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback on events and find ways to continuously improve.
- Provides administrative support for various tasks, like scheduling meetings, writing meeting minutes etc.
- Serves as liaison among third party conference organizers, sales team, local Medline Finance and Medline compliance for Grant request Management
- Support local website content and eCommerce development in collaboration.
- Serve as Due Diligence process facilitator among Medline compliance and local Spain & Portugal Distributors.
- Manage and train sales force in the Tender Management tool.

- Have completed a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or in business.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to easily build relationships with internal and external partners
- Practical skills in focusing on and approaching customers
- Good administrative and analytical skills
- Good time management skills; able to set priorities and plan tasks accordingly
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing, highly demanding environment
- Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
