**Your Mission**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing Information Security projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, IT architects, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

This position will be based in the OmniAccess’ head office in Palma de Mallorca.

**Main Tasks**
- Planning, executing, and closing Information Security IT projects according to predetermined timelines and budget constraints.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Managing project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to optimize project profitability.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Continuously improving project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Professional skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (optional but preferred) in Cybersecurity, Project Management, or MBA with a tech/security focus.
- 4+ years proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Information Security processes, security principles, network security, risk management, incident response. and project management principles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or COBIT
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus.
