Your mission: will advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring they introduce UiPath products successfully, adopt it widely and continually driving business value from UiPath.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Support end-to-end sales activities & create strong value propositions
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of strong RFx’s, contextualized demos and powerful POCs
- Address client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture pre and post sales process
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct workshops, trainings, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges
- Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap internally
- Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
- Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self sufficient
- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
What you'll bring to the team:
- 3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization
- Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies (having a technical background is highly beneficial for the role)
- Experience in Testing, Process Mining and Task mining tools is a plus as well as datamining and BI
- Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
- Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English & Spanish is mandatory - Portuguese is a high plus
