Aufgaben

Role at this level involves the control and support of all ordering related activities for MB & Smart vehicles (dealer orders, MPC stock and Direct Sales). It also covers volume allocation distribution and maintenance as well as transport order creation and tracking for registered vehicles.
- Ensure proper and traceable volume allocation among dealers as well as code allocation management in GO System.
- Support dealers in the overall ordering process, such as creation, amendment and prioritization of vehicles.
- Set up own MPC stock orders and Advanced/Showroom vehicles with the appropriated configuration. Afterwards, distribute them within the different dealers.
- Control and handling of Direct Sales such as RAC or Renting Employee vehicles.
- Make sure that production programs are delivered on time, both for stock and dealers orders. Coordinate with Sales and Product departments the roll out of model launch, updates or campaigns.
- Claim management due to wrong production of vehicles (in case a vehicle does not contain the codes ordered and confirmed by the factory).
- Returns management in ordering system.
- Set up PA1 orders. Liaison between customer and HQ for those special vehicles whose specifications must be managed outside the system. Ensure that the vehicles are properly ordered according the customer requirements and correct inbound and outbound invoiced.
- European stock control. ISME vehicles handling (Selling and buying activities). Analysis of ISME vehicles properties before acquiring a vehicle (homologation speaking).
- Creation and maintenance of new VAF/GO users in SPA (Solicitud para Autorizaciones).
- Testing new functionalities in the upcoming VAF releases. In case of major changes, inform the dealers about them.
- Transport order creation and tracking for registered vehicles.
- Code allocation management. In case of relevant capacities, informing the dealers about current shortages in production.
