**Your Role**: Responsible for leading and managing Engineering Team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and reliability of operations, ensuring full EHS and GMP compliance of equipment and installations.

You play a critical role in supporting internal customers in all relative to technical aspects, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving continuous improvement within the engineering team.

This position requires strong technical and project management expertise.

You will ensure that all engineering activities are carried out in compliance with EHS, GMP, legal and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsible for lifecycle management of equipment and installations. That includes to lead a strong, efficient, data based, interdisciplinary process that ensures alignment with other interlinked processes: Obsolescence, CAPEX, Production Shutdowns, Reliability, Risk Management, etc. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery and implement Project Management Standards, tools and methods, ensuring best practices.You will set clear commitments, provide regular feedback, and support the development of the members of the Team. Foster and be a role model of our HIC competences and drive a culture of quality, reliability, and operational excellence across the engineering organization. You will identify opportunities to optimize processes, implement new technologies, digitalization and enhance operational efficiency, as well as ensuring technical competency of the Engineering Team and that the team maintains up-to-date skills and capabilities through training and other skills enhancement activities.You will collaborate with departments to align goals and ensure effective communication while maintaining high service standards and addressing customer needs. Take ownership of team performance and focus on achieving KPIs that support the organization's strategy.Support the site during the audits and inspections from Customers and Regulatory Authorities.

**Who you are?**
- You have a Master or degree in Engineering, Life Science or related discipline, additionally Project Management Certification is preferable
- You have at least 3/5 years’ experience in Project Management and Engineering Companies, or previous experience in similar role within pharma organization is a plus
- You possess a deep expertise of the manufacturing and engineering activities within a multi-national company
- You are capable of evaluating situations, analyzing complex inputs and developing simple solutions in a collaborative manner.
- High ability to work effectively with the full cross section of people across the site and interface functions, strong interpersonal skills
- Solid evidences of clear leadership skills, taking initiative, developing others and creating strong followership
- You are proficient in English
