**What you’ll be doing**
- Recruit new affiliates and manage their onboarding with our legal team.
- Manage the relationship with affiliates providing a very personalized experience with the company providing day-to-day management of every affiliate account.
- Creative thinking to implement strategies with affiliate partners.
- Attend events to maintain a fluid relationship with existing and new partners.
- Manage commissions and invoices so our partners get paid on time
**What you'll need**
- Sales tiger with previous experience as an affiliate account manager.
- Challenge driven
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Great communications skills
