- **Senior Project Consultant**, you will work with clients preparing proposals to be submitted to the Horizon Europe framework programme. You have to possess a genuine passion for technology and business, be highly analytical and articulate, have a strong command of English, and a love for writing. You must be a team player, well organized, and also keen to take on responsibility. Key qualities include being able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and have a high degree of stamina to work within an ambitious and goal-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full range of activities required for the business line, beginning with the onboarding of new clients, to conceptualizing, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals. The role will also require implementing effective CRM, interfacing with funding agencies and contributing to improving internal project management processes.**CAREER DEVELOPMENT**

- Team management (onboarding and training, daily meetings, performance review, communication of strategic decisions)- Project proposal strategy and review: Analyzing scientific documents such as articles, project review documents, technical reports, as well as business plans related to research results and innovative technologies to be further developed within the proposed project; reviewing proposals prepared by your team, ensuring a high standard prior to their submission-
- Management of ongoing project pipeline-
- Managing the implementation of awarded projects Monitoring of general performance in relation to targets to be met- Progress reporting to management

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous work experience in public research funding programmes such as Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe- Previous work experience in managing projects involving a consortium of partners-
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Biotechnology, or ICT.-
- Fluent English comprehension, oral and written-
- Excellent writing skills- Previous mid-term stay abroad
