**ERP Commerce Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365**:

Working as part of the ERP team you'll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

**Skills and experiences**
- Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner
- A passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
- Ability to manage clients' expectations effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX OR experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O as a strong user within the Advanced Warehouse Management module
- Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have but not required

**What you will do**
- Responsible for implementation of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, including configuring the system to meet the specific needs of the business, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring it operates smoothly.
- Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to ensure the system works as needed.
- Work with the technical team to ensure that clients' needs are incorporated into specifications and functions.
- Create or evaluate a breakdown of clients' business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document settings and prepare clients to use the system.
- Support testing of the proposed system and train users.
