University degree required ideally in economics, management, engineering or an analytical discipline
- 4+ years experience in e-Commerce or Retail, Finance or Consulting environment
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting
- Outstanding analytical skills, as demonstrated through prior roles held, and experience in P&L management, planning and forecasting
- Technical aptitude and agility to master Amazon tools and processes
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Manage relationships with some of our largest vendors and set and drive strategic priorities such as Lifecycle Management planning, profitability, cross functional marketing planning, and optimizing logistics set ups to deliver lower landed costs
- Plan and deliver annual and ongoing terms negotiation improvements
- Monitor and research industry and competitive trends to make sure that Amazon is offering the best for the customer
- Develop strategic selection plans for Grocery categories
- Build and manage promotional strategy for your vendors, deliver product differentiation for customers and analyze and communicate vendor performance
- Seek out ways to automate & simplify manual processes in order to improve productivity
- MBA preferred- E-Commerce / Retail experience in FMCG
