Maintenance Person

**Full-Time Maintenance Technician - Holiday Homes & Villas**
Based in Benalmádena and surroundings | Full-time | Driving License Required

We are looking for a **reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician** to join our property management team You will be responsible for ensuring our holiday homes and villas remain in top condition and ready to welcome guests at all times.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform general repairs in holiday homes and villas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor construction)
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs
- Carry out routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and supplies **Requirements**:

- General knowledge of **plumbing, electricity, and construction**:

- Valid **driving license**:

- **Punctuality**, **responsibility**, and **flexibility** with working hours (especially during high season)
- Basic communication skills in **English and Spanish** (additional languages are a plus)

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with **garden maintenance** and **swimming pool upkeep**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
