At SIXHUNTERS we are seeking a** Regional Sales Manager** for an international company in the early stages of growth in Spain dedicated to design and development of medical devices.

**Tasks**:

- Sales Management: 100% of field work for the commercial and sales management of the company's Articular Replacement Portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Distribution Management: identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives; Willingness to travel outside of the assigned territory for business purpose
- Market research - primary and secondary, Undertake an in-depth market mapping exercise, adopt a dynamic method to capture real time market intelligence & analyze this data for use in business strategy
- Compliance, Regulatory affairs, IP & Legal: follow organizational objectives to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holders; ensure compliance of product promotion and Surgeon/hospital engagement as per company policies and country regulation

**Requirements:
- At 10+ years of current experience in Joint Replacement field as a front-line sales person
- Additional experience as front-line sales management position in Orthopedic implant industry would be a plus
- Life Science Graduates / Nursing Graduates/ Business Management (MBA) / Other relevant degrees will be considered
- Business level proficiency in English. Additional language skills would be a plus but not mandatory
