We are looking for a talented **Concept Artist** to join our team and bring fresh, dynamic visuals to life.

**Responsibilities**
**Concept Art**
- Create sketches and quick iterations (digital and/or paper) to communicate concepts and ideas visually.
- Develop style and art guides for each project, defining the world’s content, form, and color.
- Create concepts of characters or props from existing references or from scratch.
- Adapt your artwork based on feedback.
- Find a balance between artistic aspects and technical constraints.
- Refine your concept art to illustration by adding layers of detail.
- Work closely with the overall art team.

**Final Art**
- Produce illustrations required for products, packaging, animations, and marketing materials.
- Create the characters, world elements (vehicles, houses, etc.), and environments.

**Product Development**
- Generate sketches to quickly communicate product ideas in terms of style and form.
- Provide detailed specifications and turnarounds for each product to guide production.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education & Experience**:
- Degree or certification in Illustration, Fine Arts, Game Art, or a related field.
- years of experience as a concept artist in games, toys, or a similar industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in [Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools].
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create polished final assets and detailed product specifications.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Creativity and the ability to conceptualize unique and engaging designs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced creative environment.
