**The Role**
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their current and future needs
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter would be an advantage
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Attends discipline meetings when necessary to gain a better understanding of required talent pool and provide insight as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Must have the ability to manage high volume recruitment with various different disciplines
- Advanced Spanish and English level (C1)
- Knowledge of Engineering consultancy/Digital or Advisory services preferred
- Knowledge of junior profile recruitment preferred
- International recruitment would be an advantage, there may be opportunities for collaboration with other offices in the Europe region
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Taleo; and/or LinkedIn sourcing recruiter tool would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and dynamism
