With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Brazil, we lead the sector in attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultancies, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors and O&M Companies in Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Hydrogen.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Contract management from tendering to project closure, including EPC, O&M, Main Equipment and support in financing contracts.
- Support the Procurement Team in negotiation with suppliers, contractors, and clients, securing favourable terms and ensuring KPI compliance.
- Monitoring contractual compliance, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Claims management and support of the legal department in dispute resolution and litigation.
- Interface with procurement, technical, legal, and financial teams, ensuring contractual alignment with project goals.
- Updating and tracking contractual risk matrices.
- Document control and version traceability of all contractual documents.
**Requisitos**:
- Education: Degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract manager role for energy projects.
- Specific experience with EPC and O&M contracts in the renewable sector (Solar, Wind and BESS Projects).
- Deep understanding of contractual structures in renewable energy projects.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Collaborative work in multidisciplinary and international environments.
