**Organización**:
Nuestro cliente es una prestigiosa empresa multinacional del sector Químico ubicada en Yuncos, a 30 minutos de Madrid.

En este momento precisa incorporar en su plantilla, con carácter estable, un perfil con formación química para responsabilizarse del soporte técnico a ventas en Europa y en un futuro, a otros países.

**Función**:
El rol implica proporcionar soporte técnico en el área de ventas y clientes sobre productos químicos, en concreto absorbentes minerales, por lo que es imprescindible conocimientos en química de materiales y experiência en soporte técnico químico.

Dentro de las responsabilidades de la vacante cabría destacar:

- Liderar proyectos técnicos relacionados con Economía Circular (Biocombustibles, Residuos Renovables, Aceite Comestible, etc.)
- Apoyar al departamento para introducir nuevos productos.
- Resolver reclamaciones e incidencias, ver necesidades
no satisfechas de clientes y mercado y sugerir medidas y nuevos proyectos.
- Alinear el objetivo de servicio técnico con Ventas y Operaciones
- Resolver problemas de clientes y productos relacionados con EH&S, QM y la producción de los clientes.
- Apoyar programas de capacitación de clientes y conferencias, así como participación en ferias comerciales.
- Garantizar la implementación de las acciones planificadas.

**Requisitos**:

- El perfil debe tener formación específica en química y/o ingeniería
- Sólidos conocimientos en química de materiales.
- Imprescindible aportar experiência mínima de 3- 5 años en soporte técnico a ventas.
- Perfil orientado al cliente con alta capacidad de comunicación, (participará en ferias técnicas dando conferencias).
- Inglés AVANZADO hablado y escrito.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual.
