Warehouse Supervisor

You will be joining a forward-thinking and dynamic team in our warehouse in Madrid. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a “can-do” attitude.

**Responsibilities for Hub Supervisor**:

- Maintaining a fair balance of workload in their area so that no one is left overloaded (or idle) and personally lend support if needed
- Leading the daily hub huddle effectively communicating the requirements for the business that day
- Acting as the first point of escalation for customer service or operational issue resolution
- Ensuring that accurate and timely communication is always flowing with clients and the business
- Making Huboo a great place to work for your hub managers, encouraging and motivating your team
- Creating an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained, and immediate interventions are made to correct all mistakes
- Identifying training requirements, showing “how to”, coaching, practical help, direction, and expertise to support to the hub managers in their area

**Requirements**:

- Experience of leading a successful high performing team - this can be in an actual or a step-up role
- Excellent coaching skills developing members of staff
- The ability to plan effectively to create maximum efficiency
- Problem solving skills in the moment and for long term issues
- High energy and the ability to motivate a team to perform to the best of their abilities
- A customer centric individual that always understands the customers situation and puts actions in place to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- A people focused individual that ensures plans are in place to make the operation a great place to work
