**Functions:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager and assist to get the Games sales forecasts for new releases and catalogue are in place to meet demand planning timelines.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager to oversee clients’ needs and liaise with the local Logistic Partner in order to accomplish all servicing and technical requirements:

- Evaluate possible Direct shipments to the clients
- Delivery requirements
- Collect IT changes requests and local requirements
- Support the customer service team in orders management
- Information support with the internal stakeholders, customers and logistic partner, through reports and communication.
- Track orders for New Release titles and promos.
- Follow up and escalation of customer complaints
- Invoicing issues
- Delivery complaints
- Credit notes and ITC related issues
- Monitor Games inventory levels on a regular basis for all catalogue and promo titles and support the Supply Chain Manager to drive the demand planning
- Customer Master Data maintenance: general data, discounts, interfaces.

**Skills**
- Desirable SAP experience
- Excel and data skills
- Fluent in English. Italian is a plus
