- Contribute to the strategy and growth plan for Autohero.
- Enhance our Production KPIs, control and optimize results - focusing on controlling, reporting and improving production efficiency, quality and cost.
- Support the growth of new projects and processes through performing day-to-day analytical and project oriented tasks.
- Optimize potential and create scalable improvements for profitability and operational efficiency.
- Direct report to the Director of Production.
- Degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis), data-driven, managing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development projects, Project management / controlling, consultancy firms or start-ups.
- Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.
- English C1, Spanish C2.
