To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a** Business Analyst**. This position will be based in Madrid, reporting into the **Group Lead Conversion Director**. This person will work closely with the country Marketing and Sales teams and other group areas (i.e., Defence, Customer Experience team) to support our growth strategies. **The role**: As part of the Lead Conversion team, with a direct line to the Group Director of Lead Conversion, you will be taking part of Lead conversion and Customers management processes in a fast growing and dynamic environment. You will be working at group level providing support and collaborating with 8 countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. You will need to define, analyze, monitor, and summarize progress of the initiatives on a day to day basis. **Tasks and responsibilities**: - Extracting and analyzing multi-country large scale data, to generate key insights and take data driven decisions. - Collecting and aggregating feedback from different stakeholders and integrate into analysis. - Contributing to problem solving sessions. - Supporting the end-to-end optimization of Lead conversion (i.e., prospects) and Customers processes. - Developing Customers communications strategy and build communications to be delivered to all countries leveraging our marketing automation tool. - Tracking, monitoring and coordinating initiatives implementation based on roadmap definition. - Working closely with the key stakeholders of the initiatives to boost implementation and maximize impact. - Understanding operational "as is" process in each country to identify changes needed vs. "ideal processes" and drive changes. - Automating reports and build dashboards to monitor initiatives main KPI's and impact if needed. - Supporting Lead conversion Director to prepare reports and presentations to Senior Management Team. **We are looking for someone with**: - At least 2 years of work experience in the role. - Experience in a strategic consulting firm. - Degree in Business Administrations, telecommunications, or other engineering degree. - Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - A work permit within the EU. **It will give you an additional advantage if you**: - Speak Italian - Have experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI **Why join us?
