Global Head of Content Strategy

We are looking for a Head of Content Strategy to cover maternity leave. As Head of Content Strategy you will join our Marketing department - Consumer Engagement team at AWWG for Pepe Jeans, Hackett London and Façonnable brands.
As Head of Content Strategy, you will report to the Consumer Engagement director and you will manage the Content Strategy team including language specialist, creative copywriters and intern positions.
**You Will**
- Lead and define content strategy planification, execution and follow up. Guide the overall Global content strategy to ensure all teams are aligned to execute the brand calendar on time in all channels. Check content strategy deliverables across a project life cycle, including content audits and gap analysis.
- In terms of content definition: seasonal definition of all communication pieces per channel and product drop including: calendarization, communication pieces delivery per channel, concept and copy definition, image definition and needs, and graphic treatment requirements or specific needs.
- In terms of asset production: coordinate with the GTM team to define all asset production needed for each product drop within the seasonal collection. Check produced assets before final delivery to ensure perfect accomplishment of communication goals for the whole season.
- In terms of content download: manage and lead the creative copywriters team to create communication concepts and copy for all channels. Coordinate translations check and final validation for all languages. Check graphic execution to ensure correct accomplishment of communication goals setted for each communication piece.
- In terms of content distribution: coordinate all channels to ensure communication goals accomplishment and alignment in all channels, digital and online: ecommerce, marketplaces, Social media, trade marketing, in-store & VM, Newsletters, etc.
- In terms of product: coordinate with ecommerce product managers to ensure product availability for every communication.
- In terms of ecommerce: plan and define the ecommerce content planification to ensure alignment with the rest of the channels. Coordinate with ecommerce content merchandisers per brand.
- Manage and share project management tools to download all communication pieces in coordination with creative copywriters, graphic team and ecommerce product teams.
- Supervise and validate all copy creation from creative copywriters for all brands as well as the translations internal check coordinated with the content strategy - language specialist position.
- You will ensure a unique brand image, look & feel and tone of voice for each brand user experience across our channels - checking image selection, graphic download, copy and translations.
- A love for fashion and communication. You’ll always check all communication pieces to be sure that matches the brand image and personality and meet their marketing objectives.
**Requirements**:
- 6+ years experience in marketing, fashion and communication.
- Native fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong business acumen and proven stakeholder management skills
- Independent and self-motivated working style
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem solving, perfect written and spoken communication
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
Good-to-Haves
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Recently published examples of professional experience.
- Experience working with global brands, experience working in the fashion industry.
