Global Marketing Communications Manager

**FUNCTIONS**: Your main mission will be to set to implement the communications strategy for the animal health business units and lead the Global Marketing Communications specialist team. Main tasks: - Ensure the right communication and implementation of corporate brand guidelines in the global and local teams. - To lead and develop the global marketing communications team. - Harmonization across species on the communication with subsidiaries and the markets. - Manage suppliers (strategy, creative agencies, etc) used in the field of marketing communication. - Grow and monitor the adoption of Company's Digital asset Management platform as well as driving Company's digital transformation. - To be part of the recruitment and development of the local marketeers. - Coordinate together with the global marketing communications specialist and the business unit the global events of each specie. We are looking for people who: - Have studied a degree in communication or similar and postgraduate or master’s degree (highly valued). - Bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. - Bring at least 5 years of experience managing teams. - Have a high level of oral and written English. - Are analytical, meticulous, and organized people who like to work in a team. - Are looking for a stable job in which training is continuous. - Are motivated and eager to learn.
