What you'll be doing

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage the day-to-day of the accounts receivable and clients invoicing duties. Your main responsibility will be booking all issued invoices and collections into our ERP. Making sure all signed contracts are invoiced, following up along with the Sales team and the rest of verticals of the company.

Main tasks

Invoicing.
Processing payments.
Accounts reconciliation.
Tracking and monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
Interacting with customers regarding their accounts, payment inquiries, and resolving billing-related issues or disputes.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, invoices, payments, and adjustments.

Initiating collection activities for overdue accounts, which may involve contacting customers to secure payment, negotiating payment plans or settlements, and escalating collection efforts if necessary.

Collaborating with other departments, to resolve customer issues, address payment discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
**Requirements**:
Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles (3+ years of experience)
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a multinational environment
Experience with ERPs is mandatory (Sage x3 is a plus)
Initiative, drive, enthusiasm and autonomy
Analytical thinking
Love for teamwork and learning
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
