**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
Our work is at the centre point of the B2B customer life-cycle as we bring all new corporate customers live. Our dedicated team helps new and existing customers during their onboarding process and as such you would be the first point of contact during the client's first weeks with us, ensuring proper account setup, training of customers and user communication. In our team we thrive to provide the best onboarding experience to our customers with the goal of making them use the platform and to enjoy our services. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to start off in the mobility industry. In this role you are part of an international team that drives user adoption and activation across all B2B markets of FREE NOW for Business.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- A few years of experience working in a customer facing role, preferably in the SaaS sector
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Live customer centricity
- Understand our various B2B products in detail
- You should be able to align well with internal stakeholders
- Speak German, English and Spanish fluently.
