We are looking for a person for immediate incorporation in the company for the position of legal specialist.
What you’ll do
- Preparation of legal claims.
- Massive management of legal proceedings.
- Location of debtors.
- Negotiate payment terms and prepare agreements and resolution proposals.
- Ensure that debtors comply with their agreements.
What experience you need
- Communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of extra-judicial and judicial negotiation, having fluid communication with legal agents such as bankruptcy administrators, lawyers, as well as with company administrators.
- Proactive and decisive.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
- Knowledge interpretation of land registry report.
- Knowledge of secure and unsecure debt.
- Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures.
- Knowledge of company debt and balance sheet interpretation.
- Experience of 3-5 years in managing distressed debt.
