**YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY**

We're looking for an ambitious and talented **Data Analyst to join our Data Team,** with specific focus on providing support to the **Impact & Sustainability global team**.

You will work closely with the I&S team, playing a key role in elevating to the next level our tracking & reporting system for impact and sustainability initiatives (such as CO2 emissions, social logistics, D&I metrics, healthy food), optimizing and automatizing the flow of data collection and visualization.

  • Work closely with the I&S team team to understand their needs and challenges, and leverage data to generate insights for defining their strategy.
  • Develop and maintain self-service data visualization tools to monitor impact metrics across programs and countries (carbon footprint dashboard, impact dashboard etc.).
  • Be responsible for the correct functioning of the tracking and reporting system and the reliability of the data shared with the leadership team, guaranteeing a fluid flow of quality information to the I&S team.
  • Support projects and experiments from the Impact & Sustainability team that require data analytics, by working with peers from other business areas (couriers, marketplace etc.).
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology and I&S teams.

**you have**

  • 1-2 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role
  • Knowledge or experience in data-driven sustainability projects
  • Mastery in SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) and experience working with popular tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlikview
  • Excellent spoken and written English
