**_POSICIÓN:_**_ _**_KYC manager._**

Para reforzar el área de KYC/AML buscamos incorporar a un/a Administrativo/a para la recopilación y análisis de documentación.

**_
RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS_**
- Llamadas a clientes en seguimiento de la operación y consecución de la documentación necesaria para avanzar en la formalización.
- Pre-análisis de la documentación recibida para facilitar su posterior validación definitiva y formalización.
- Reuniones de seguimiento con el cliente de operaciones.

**_ FUNCIONES_**
- Solicitud de la documentación necesaria al cliente, o intermediarios, en función de la política interna.
- Pre-análisis de la documentación recibida.
- Búsquedas de los intervinientes en listas de control.
- Preparación del expediente para su posterior validación por parte del senior manager de KYC/AML.
- Incorporación de la información en el sistema.
- Seguimiento de los expedientes asignados y colaboración con el resto de equipos para conseguir que la operación sea firmada en tiempo.
- Preparación de ficheros.
- Reuniones con clientes y exposición del seguimiento de las operaciones.

**_ SE REQUIERE_**
- Experiência previa en contacto telefónico con clientes.
- Alta capacidad de gestión, trabajo en equipo y capacidad de afrontar situaciones de estrés.
- Proactividad, capacidad de aprendizaje y atención al detalle.
- Será valorable poseer un nível medio/alto de inglés y experiência previa en KYC/AML.
- Manejo de Excel para la realización de informes.
