La\el Human Resources Assistant es responsable de la correcta implementación de las políticas de Recursos Humanos definidas en la empresa, en lo relativo a relaciones laborales y a la gestión y administración de personal, garantizando el apoyo eficaz al resto de áreas funcionales de la Organización, así como a todos los empleados que componen la misma.

Responsabilidades: *
Atender las consultas de las/los empleadas/os en todo lo que concierne a su relación laboral con la empresa (retribución, horarios, vacaciones, permisos, etc.).
- Tramitar la contratación, en tiempo y forma, asegurarse de la correcta afiliación a la seguridad social y cotizaciones, en coordinación con la gestora externa.
- Tramitar altas y bajas en la Seguridad Social.
- Gestionar proceso de nómina, incidencias y cierre de la misma, minimizando los errores en las retribuciones.
- Tramitar y gestionar régimen disciplinario en coordinación con el resto de áreas funcionales implicadas.
- Gestionar finiquitos de trabajadoras/es que causen baja de empresa.
- Tramitar y controlar las posibles incidencias de presencia (bajas por enfermedad, absentismo, vacaciones).
- Gestionar y archivar toda documentación que genera la relación entre la empresa y el trabajador, tramitando los expedientes, según procedimiento establecido.
- Actualizar los procedimientos internos y aportar mejoras en los mismos en incremento de la calidad.
- Asesorar a responsables de equipos de trabajo en la relación laboral con sus colaboradoras/es.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo, informando y asesorando cuando se requiere.
- Realizar las consultas pertinentes a los Organismos Oficiales y/o Sociales en lo relativo a los trámites de administración de personal.

Formación y experiência*
- Estudios mínimos requeridos: Formación universitaria de Grado Medio o Grado Superior (Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, ADE o similar).
- Se valorará Formación específica, y/o conocimientos adquiridos con experiência, en gestión administrativa de Recursos Humanos, Postgrado en Relaciones Laborarles y/o Derecho Laboral.
- Paquete office: Hoja de cálculo. Excel. Nível Alto; Procesador de textos. Word. Nível Medio-Alto; Presentaciones. Power Point. Nível Medio-Alto; Comunicaciones. Correo electrónico: Nível Alto.
- Se valorará experiência previa trabajando con soluciones informáticas de RRHH.
- Se valorará muy positivamente experiência previa en administración de RRHH en el sector de Telemarketing.
- Nível medio de inglés.
