We are looking for a quality engineer in Barcelona area.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Analyze new products specifications.
- Prepare and verify approval reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality regulations.
- Preparation of technical documentation (manuals, management guidelines, etc.)
- Coordinate the realization and implementation of the FMEA process.
- Problem analysis and improvement proposals
- Analysis and management of claims of the purchased parts
- Action plans follow-up derived from the corrective measures to be implemented in the purchasing parts.
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Ability to solve problems using quality tools
- Experience in the automotive sector, oriented to quality regulations (such as VDA), part manufacturing processes.
- FMEA and control plan
- Problem Solving Techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc)
- Compliance with ISO 9001 regulations
- IATF 16949
- Knowledge of 8D
- English (B2), German desirable.
