**e are looking for a Automatic Packaging Technician**

**Functional Area: Production**

**Competences**:

- Education: Bachelor degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or similar.
- Master in pharmaceutical industry (CSIF) or similar
- Good level of English
- Experienced user of MS Office and Excel capabilities are required

**Work Assignments**:
The following activities will be performed by a Packaging Technician, and the distribution of these tasks is done based on organizational needs in Packaging, nevertheless each Packaging Technician member is individually qualified by training before performing any Packaging related activity described below:

- Daily planning of the packaging processes, participating in priorization and organization of these processes according to supply chain plan.
- Participate in CC´s, QACT, TEMPCC and deviation regarding to the packaging processes.
- Components defects follow up (supplier complaints)
- Handling of stocks.
- Creation of process orders for PEI samples, SCIT and Tablets.
- Management of batch documentation (batch records, IPCs, line clearance, control reports )
- Handling of Logbooks: follow up, weekly review
- Review of batch documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration and writing of SOPs, FRMs and WINs for Packaging processes.
- Ensure the different packaging processes are in compliance with GMPs rules.
- Supervising batch records.
- Use SAP functions.
- Collaboration in the Planning of orders per country and the availability for the finished goods.
- Packaging flow, labels handling and reporting.
- Inform Packaging Manager of any critical issue detected.
- Interdepartmental cooperation with QC, QA, Supply Chain
- Participate on changes related to versions of PPM (Printed Packaging Materials).

ALK is located in the business area of Ciudad Lineal, very close to the center of Madrid. We have quick access to the Hermanos García Noblejas and Ascao metro stations and we also have a wide bus connection. The manufacturing center is located at Calle Miguel Fleta 19 while the Business Support area is located in an annex building located in the Avalon Business Park.
