Product Configurator

Location: Remote (Bulgaria-based) | Company HQ: Madrid, Spain

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group

Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We are looking for an experienced Product Configurator in Bulgaria to join our fully remote team. You will be working in an international team, with occasional travel to our business units.

What is the purpose/mission of the position?

The purpose of the position is to be the expert that configures and implements new product or modifications regarding existing products in our back-end systems. This person will work extensively with technical and product colleagues to maintain an optimal data structure in our systems, also product configurator should be investigating competitors behaviors in terms of products or services.

What are the tasks that you’ll perform?- Develop, maintain and configure in our system all products, product features and business rules regarding products for our customer proposition with a multi-country usability perspective.- Product system structure ownership considering company, stakeholders and customers perspectives- Product monitoring and improvement in INSIS- Support and collaborate with other BU’s or partners product teams.- Understands and advices of usage of the system and maintain a simple structure within the system.- Investigate and discover market trends in terms of new coverages, services and best practices regarding products development. What are we looking for?- Bachelor’s degree, Master of science, completed studies in business administration or IT- Business processes configuration- Database knowledge (SQL/Oracle)- Have 3+ years hands-on experience in similar roles.- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).- Good in analytical thinking for translating requirements into functional and technical solutions- Customer focus
