About the Role

Together with the team you manage the journals print manufacturing program in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, costs, and preparing print manufacturing production schedules for each printed product. Meeting shipping and publications dates, to fulfil sales forecasts and customer orders;
- Managing schedule delays and altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Analyzing print production and materials capacity to plan manufacturing processes and required resources;
- Maintaining daily communication with print suppliers over title set up, including completing the required documentation;
- Maintaining daily communication with print suppliers to ensure TATs are met, analyzing, and solving issues;
- Preparing production reports for the business and maintaining accurate critical data in systems;
- Being the point of contact for daily queries and issue resolution for customer services and the rest of business;
- Checking and approving invoices and liaise with print suppliers over any queries.

**Requirements**:

- Be fluent in English, written, oral and reading skills;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have solid organizational and analytical skills;
- Be attentive to detail - works to product specifications within guidelines and policies;
- Be customer focused;
- Have self-starting and problem solving skills.
