Desde About Your Talent nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a **Logistics Manager** para una importante compañía multinacional del sector industrial.
**Misión del puesto**:
- Supervisión y optimización de la logística de entrada y salida de operaciones dentro de la cadena de suministro de materias primas, comercio de mercancías, productos semiacabados y productos acabados.
- Garantizar el movimiento oportuno y rentable de las materias primas, materiales u otros artículos y productos terminados a la planta y desde la planta hasta el cliente, contribuyendo a la eficiencia general de la cadena de suministro y satisfacción del cliente.
**Funciones y responsabilidades**:
- Planificación y gestión del transporte de las actividades logísticas incluidas las actividades de importación y exportación.
- Coordinar con los proveedores de transporte para asegurar las entregas oportunas de materiales y otros artículos, así como garantizar la entrega a tiempo para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes y acuerdos de nível de servicio.
- Colaborar con el departamento de compras para gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores y negociar términos favorables.
- Control documental para envíos de exportación y despacho de aduanas.
- Desarrollo de procesos, conceptos y estrategias para la gestión de proveedores de servicios logísticos.
- Gestionar el flujo de mercancías devueltas.
- Identificar posibles limitaciones de capacidad futuras y cuellos de botella en la cadena de suministro.
- Monitorear los costes logísticos e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Medir, analizar e informar sobre los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con logística.
- Liderar y asesorar a un equipo de logística, incluyendo el establecimiento de objetivos de rendimiento claros y proporcionar retroalimentación periódica.
- Fomentar una cultura de colaboración y mejora continua.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones y normas pertinentes en operaciones logísticas.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación: Titulación orientada a los negocios, como Economía,
Ingeniería Industrial.
- **Inglés C1**:
- Dominio de Excel, PowerPoint, SAP valorable.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma recurrente a las fábricas.
- Experiência en la gestión de la cadena de suministro y logística y comprensión de los procesos relevantes, preferiblemente en empresas industriales con fabricación propia.
- Experiência en proyectos de implantación de centros de distribución,
- Familiarizado con software de gestión tanto WMS como TMS,
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de gestión de equipos y resolución de problemas.
