, you will have the capacity to learn fast the Accelya Products and curve out solutions based on the complex customer requirement based on the product. You will create a functional and technical design specifications and guide a small team in the similar area to implement the solution.
What will you do?
Coordinate and communicate with External and Internal stakeholders (Service Delivery Executive, Project Manager, Development Team, Product, Documentation, infrastructure, QA, etc.) as required.
- May own more than one Airline account and facilitate the 3rd party implementations.
- Recommend & suggest best practices to API partners for API implementation.
- Acts as the point of contact and facilitates the work request demand and prioritization process.
- Establish and follow change management process for any addition or changes to API partner implementation scope of work/deliverables.
- Oversight to API Partners deliverables, transitions, KT, scorecard, metrics.
- Ability to create/analyze incident and alerts data to provide insights and help with problem resolution and continuous improvements.
- Define/maintain metrics to manage and improve core support performance.
- Consolidate and present report
- Execute on Implementations, as assigned.
- Work with the technical writers, development team etc., to identify recurring issues and make sure they are permanently resolved
- Onboarding Approvals, Maintain JIRA (Status and Scope of Implementations).
- Be able to train and mentor consultants and analyst in the team.
What do you need to know?
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON and SQL Server.
- Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure setup, databases, firewall, cloud, and networking.
- Ability to work within a small team environment with little supervision and flexible shift.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills with knowledge of the airline industry.
