**Job Description**:**Main Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and manage day to day pre-sales activities in the theater
- Ensure compliance with the overall sales process and metrics
- Partner with the sales organization to maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the theater’s customer base
- Participate in sales calls to support the technical sales agenda and enhance the customer experience
- Identify skill gaps and work with Pre-Sales Leadership to evaluate/implement upskilling and training initiatives
- Oversee the maintenance of the Pre-Sales demonstration environment and tools as they relate to specific theater requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering’s Performance and Deployment Guild on complex technical sales opportunities to ensure that the company’s products can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
