We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools - we’ve barely noticed the change **Mission and responsibilities**: As a Presales Checkout Engineer, you will provide technical support to the sales team and merchant customers from the early stages of the sales cycle, analyzing customer requirements and needs. The main tasks of this position will be the following: - Develop proposals and technical presentations for integrated solutions, including software, hardware, storage and communications infrastructure. - Develop exceptional relationships with business owners and potential merchant and developing trust to understand their specific challenges. - Be a technical expert in the suite of business solutions offered by Zinia and be able to identify which solutions solve the merchant's needs. - Listen attentively to understand customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while overcoming customer objections. - Realization of demos to explain to the merchant how Zinia works and how to integrate it. - Provide recurrent support to the merchant if any problem arise with the technical integration. - Elaboration of technical documentation to support merchandise integration. - Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **To be successful in the role you must have**: - +3-5 of relevant technical work experience in technology operations domains. - Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). - Fluent English (essential). German or other European languages will be a plus. - Experience in pre-sales of payment solutions doing demonstrations, technical sales of solutions and design of integrations of payment tools for e-commerce. - Experience in virtual POS integration. - Responsible for end-to-end monitoring and coordination of the assigned project. You will ensure the timely completion of each part of the project, being able to obtain a global vision by bringing together all the areas involved. - Technical knowledge of the implementation providing the best practices of the market and ensuring the future of the systems. - Analysis of the quality of the deliverables of each project. - Review of test plans and their execution. - Definition of the best technical implementation plan minimizing the risks for the business. - Definition and launch of the post-implementation period. - Ability to assimilate all the functionalities of the Zinia platform and transmit to the Merchants the advantages of each of them. - Very good communication skills, with different levels of interlocution. - Proven experience in customer relationship management. - Strong consultation, communication, writing and presentation skills. - People, client and team oriented. - Motivated, proactive, organized and "self-starter" attitude and work style.
