Overview:
To provide outstanding customer service and guide our network of over 66,000 alumni worldwide through different life stages, providing them with relevant services to maximize their networking opportunities, career progression and lifelong learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact with our Alumni Club Committees in Spain to build strong relationships with these volunteer groups to support them in engaging our local alumni communities through events, communications, institutional visits, etc.
- Establish a strong working relationship with the Alumni & Careers Regional Team across different markets to align engagement strategies amongst the clubs they lead directly, and the ones led from Global Alumni Relations HQ.
- Lead coordination of IE Alumni Club Event Calendar with these clubs and identify collaboration synergies with IE Leadership, IE Offices and Alumni & Careers Regional Teams.
- Evaluate requests and lead process to launch new clubs and/or renew existing Alumni Club Committees.
- Develop and update materials to onboard new Alumni Club Committees, promote best practices amongst existing clubs and ensure adherence to governance guidelines.
- Implement Recognition actions for the members of the IE Alumni Club Committees to acknowledge their leadership roles in coordinating club activities.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral)
- Experience designing, planning, and delivering events online and face-to-face.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volume of work and stakeholder interactions across IE.
