**Job Purpose**

Establishing the connection between the Operations area (Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance) and the Finance and Controlling teams, as a Analyst in the Operation Business Partner team.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Annual and quarterly budget processes
- Budgetary monitoring
- Route profitability analysis and insights
- Operational efficiency and reduction of costs Cross sectional plans
- Support to the business to make tactical and strategic decisions.
- Financial reporting
- Monitoring of the main Company indicators

**Main Relationships**
- Finance leading managers, COO and all Directors nd Managers from the Operations Team.
- External Relations: IAG Finance.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in ADE or engineering is required.

**Experience**
- 3/4 years of experience in a dynamic sector are required
- Financial knowledge (P&L, Cash Flows etc)

**Competencies**
- Strong data analysis
- Proactive and ability to adapt to different tasks
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
- Experience in strategic leading consulting firm or general consulting (desirable)
- Previous working experience in aviation/airlines (desirable)
- Previous working experience in a Management Control team (desirable)

**Languages**
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, write & fluently speak the English language

**Other**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required
