Lionbridge is seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Architect for our Life Sciences business unit. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategy and execution of our global technology solutions specifically within the life sciences sector. As leaders in localization services, Lionbridge has been helping global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CROs, and medical device clients meet their clinical and regulatory needs for over 20 years.

**What You Will Do**
- You will focus on identifying and solving customer challenges related to language, localization, and technology, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and helping facilitate seamless clinical development, product approval and marketing processes.
- You will be part of a Global Solutions organization, and play a key role in defining, optimizing, and implementing solutions that meet critical business needs, delight customers, and drive innovation.
- Your ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial.
- You will drive discussions around innovation with our customers and prospective customers.
- You will strategize on how to address customer needs and pitch our solutions to drive revenue in collaboration with the account owners.
- You will own the solution design and collaborate with sales to sell our solutions.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Pre-sales and solutioning experience from within the Language Services Industry and with an extensive focus on Life Sciences
- Deep knowledge of the localization industry and embracing new technology
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management expertise
- Financial aptitude to create competitive and profitable proposals
- Ability to work independently and take ownership to drive the solutioning process
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, understand the competitive landscape
- Experience creating convincing customer sales pitches and viable financial proposals
- Superior customer service skills and exemplary attention to detail
