- A creative problem solver who demonstrates sound judgment and empathy with business partners, indexes on practical, risk-adjusted advice that helps the organization move forward swiftly and thoughtfully, and can do so without perfect information
- An effective multitasker who operates with calm and a sense of humor even in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment, and doesn’t take themselves too seriously
- A self-starter who works independently to develop objectives and complete assigned tasks, but is also a strong, enthusiastic collaborator who is comfortable with direction
- Excited by trust, all things data governance, and being part of an organization that is constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries of customer success in a creative, responsible way
- Significant in-house, tech experience, or other experience demonstrating a thoughtful, business-minded approach to legal counsel, is a real plus
**You Have**:
