Your role in the team
What you’ll do:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business objectives (including PMAX, lead gen), campaign structure, keyword targeting, ad copy, and bid management.
- Perform regular keyword research and analysis to identify new keyword opportunities and refine keyword lists.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continually refine and improve strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Create, launch, and manage paid search campaigns ensuring they are properly structured and optimized for maximum performance.
- Regularly review and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting settings to maximize ROI.
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust bidding based on performance data.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages to improve performance and optimize conversion rates.
Ad Copywriting and Creative Development:
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct ad copy testing to identify the most effective messaging and creative elements.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., SA360, Google Data Studio ) to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor & report on campaign performance, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align paid search strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of paid search initiatives.

What you’ll need for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on campaign management (Performance Max) and innovation (Google Ads Script, AI).
- Proven track record of scaling successfully paid search campaigns in multiple territories with demonstrated results in improving ROI and exceeding KPIs.
- Full professional proficiency in English and at best Spanish. Any other European language would be a plus.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads. Working experience with other platforms would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Media/Paid Media, Communication, Business, Economics, Administration, or related field would be an advantage.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.
