We are searching for an exceptional **Remote Technical Team Lead **to join our client's dynamic software development startup. Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white-label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well-funded operation and a team of over 100 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and guiding the software engineers within your team.
- Overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient progress.
- Conducting performance reviews and performing code cross-reviews for software engineers.
- Providing technical validation of system requirements.
- Overseeing and controlling various stages of development and testing, including manual, automatic, load, chaos, and regression testing.
- Continuously improving CI/CD practices, tech radar, technological stacks, protocols, and services within the stream.
- Ensuring the stability of upcoming releases and the overall system stability.
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding of software engineers.
- Coordinating with the CTO on system design and product architecture.
- Providing regular reports to the CTO on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborating with the DevOps and Security departments to synchronize efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management experience overseeing teams of 4-10 people.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technology leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of API integration with the backend of the core system.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, unit testing, and automated testing.
- Experience with Firebase, Docker, CI/CD, and automated development tools for security screening, chaos engineering, and semantic release.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
