**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Workstream Engineering Project consisting of the following 4 areas:

- Project Dependent Management consisting of the projects: Cybersecurity Project Management, Software Updates Project Management, Cybersecurity Case, Cybersecurity Release for Post-Development, Cybersecurity Assessment and End of Cybersecurity support and decommissioning.
- Concept and Product Development consisting of the projects: Cybersecurity Concept, Cybersecurity Design, Design, Modelling and Programming Guidelines, Verification (Reviews) and Cybersecurity Production Control Plan.
- Cybersecurity Integration, Verification and Validation consisting of the projects: Cybersecurity Integration and Verification (Testing), Cybersecurity Test Laboratory (Functional, Vulnerability, Fuzz, Penetration testing) and Cybersecurity Validation.
- Software Update Package and Interoperability consisting of the projects: Software Update Package and Software Update Interoperability.
- Responsibility for the successful execution of the workstream: achievement of the objectives concerning implementation target, costs, quality and timing as well as the management of released workstream budget.
- Workstream reporting and presentation to the MAHLE Cybersecurity Council.
- Manage project finance, staffing and controlling.
- Ensure effective opportunity and risk management.
- Functional leadership of the workstream team.
- Planning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progress.
- Successful management of all workstream stakeholders’ interests.
- Create and maintain transparency within the workstream.
- Coordination and management of project changes.

**Your Skills & Strengths**:

- Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
- Cybersecurity skills and Knowledges, on embedded systems of production and product engineering.
- Detailed knowledge in cybersecurity standards such ISO/ SAE 21434 and ISO 2700x.
- 7+ years of automotive industry experience in engineering development roles.
- Experience in automotive standards/guidelines (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262).
- C1 level of English is required. Spanish or german will be valued.
